We often get asked about online learning and how it compares to classroom learning, so this blog post will tell you what it is and the benefits of online learning!

Online learning is a way of studying for a qualification without needing to attend a certain venue or campus.  It is beneficial for those who wish to study alongside other commitments, such as a career or family.  Online learning is the most flexible way to gain a qualification.

You have the opportunity to learn what you want, when you want.  This means that on days where you feel super motivated to work, you can complete as much work as possible, while other (busier) days you can do less studying.

Another massive benefit is that you save money on travel and accommodation fees.  If you were studying in a classroom, based somewhere that would require you to travel or stay elsewhere, then you’d have the extra costs to consider on top of the course costs.  Online learning can be done from the comfort of your own home, you don’t even have to leave your bed!

Casual Segway as comfort concludes the benefits of online learning.  Imagine how great it is to not have to study in an uncomfortable chair, at an uncomfortable desk for hours on end, and instead have the ability to snuggle up on the sofa, in bed or at your nice comfy desk in your own home and learn instead.  However, as much as I’m selling the dream here, it’s important not to let comfort get in the way of actually learning – so make sure you’ve got the best of both worlds!
