How long are the courses?
The length of each course can vary, depending on the level of the qualification and the course provider, but further information about the length of your chosen course will be available on the course page.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes we do offer a refund, as long as you haven’t logged in to the course material.
How much will it cost?
Each course costs a different price, which will be stated on the course page – all fees and prices are subject to VAT.
Do I have to pay straight away?
We have two options when it comes to paying for your course – you can either pay in full straight away, or pay bit by bit over four months. Please be aware that we only offer monthly payments for certain courses, so please contact us for more info!
Will I get discount if I buy several courses?

What is your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation is made before your course begins then we will not charge a cancellation fee, but you will be charged if a cancellation is made after your course begins. As soon as you have logged in to the course, the course is deemed as begun.
Can I access my course from anywhere?
Yes – as long as you have an internet connection you can access your course!
How do the monthly payments work?
Monthly payments will be split evenly over four months, and the first month will have to be paid straight away.
